What is the difference between Sprite's Slim Line and HO (High Output) shower filters?

All Sprite shower filters perform the same function – removing chlorine, dirt and odors from the water you and your family bath in. The design of the Slim Line shower filter extends the shower head less than 2" and was designed for taller people. Since the filter cartridge on this shower filter is relatively small, it needs to be changed approximately every 6 months. The HO shower filter has a larger filter and only needs to be changed approximately once a year. If you like the convenience of having to replace your filter cartridge only once a year, but are a tall person, you may purchase a shower extender arm at your local hardware store.
